Board Members
Roma Networks is guided by a committed board of six members, each actively involved in various Roma ministries across different countries. Since its start in 2014, Roma Networks has strategically worked in Europe, building relationships and fostering cooperation among Roma and non-Roma ministries in diverse settings. This groundwork led to the significant Second European Conference in 2016. One of the key outcomes was the election of 44 country representatives, one from each participating country. These representatives are crucial in leading their own country’s initiatives and advising the board. Through these organized interactions, Roma Networks aims to strengthen its leadership and networking capabilities to better serve Roma communities across Europe.

I was raised in a largely Roma populated area in the south of Serbia. As a Roma child I was not spared from all the challenges that still face many Roma today. When I came to know Jesus as my personal Savior, I got a new identity and I want to share that with other Roma.
Together with my wife and three sons we are serving the Lord. I am a pastor of a Roma church in the central of Serbia that we planted in 2003, along with that I lead an organization that serves in children’s ministry, social and humanitarian work and runs a small kindergarten for Roma children.
I am in leadership of the Roma Bible School for the Balkans and am initiating the Roma Bible School for Roma migrants in Germany. In Serbia, I spearhead the Romani church movement and also in leadership of the Pentecostal churches of the country.
My personal vision is to see Roma people raising up to their identity in Christ and taking the whole Europe for Jesus!

I am the father of two adult children, Emma and Aatu, and the husband of Anne. Currently, I reside in Osijek, Croatia. Previously, I worked as a pastor in Finland for ten years. During my time there, I also dedicated five years to mission work in Bosnia-Herzegovina, particularly in the city of Tuzla, where I collaborated with the local church to reach out to the Roma communities in the surrounding areas.
Upon returning to Finland, I continued my pastoral work while also serving as the part-time Mission Coordinator for Fida International, a mission organization affiliated with Finnish Pentecostal churches, overseeing the organization’s efforts among the Roma people in Europe. Since 2017, I have been working full-time in this position. Additionally, I am privileged to have been a member of the Roma Networks board since its establishment in 2014. It is truly inspiring to witness God’s transformative work among the Roma people, and I am honored to be a part of the Roma revival and movement.

I am married to Slobodan and we have two young children, Vita and Izaak. In 2010 I joined a church plant team among the Roma people in Darda, Croatia and I have been serving there as part of the leadership team ever since. The church in Darda is part of the Evangelical Pentecostal Church of Croatia. I am involved in Roma ministry at local and global levels. I believe everything starts locally with trying, testing, making mistakes, trying again, and seeing what actually works.
In 2014 I was part of the team that founded Roma Networks and I was appointed as the chairperson and I still serve in this capacity today.
The solutions already exist at the grassroots level. My vision is to establish a networking platform that bridges needs and solutions.

I was born in a small town located in East Hungary, where I grew up as the fifth child among seven siblings in a Christian family. My parents were the pioneers of the Pentecostal Gypsy Mission in our town, and as a youth I also joined their work. For several years, I dedicated myself to organizing missions for children and youth in the Gypsy communities. It was during this time that I met my wife, and we got married in 1989. We have five children, two of whom are already married. I take great pride in being a grandfather to five wonderful grandchildren.
In 1991, I received ordination as a pastor, and after five years of pastoral work, I have been entrusted by the National Pentecostal Church leadership to organize and lead the national Gypsy mission. This was when our organization, the Hungarian Gypsy Missions International (HGMI) was established in 1996. Over time, our organization has grown to become one of the largest in the country.
Our activities at HGMI encompass various areas, including faith and mission, social work, education, culture, integration & participation, and employment. We are involved in organizing and implementing initiatives such as family support, education programs, skill development, knowledge sharing, community building, and youth support. Additionally, HGMI advocates for child and youth protection, representation, and the provision of support for marginalized groups, particularly the Roma community.
I envision a future where Gypsy people are at the forefront of revival and serve as the primary carriers of God’s message throughout Europe. It is my belief that God takes pleasure in transforming those who have been considered last into the first.
