JOB CLUB
Unemployment plays a huge part in poverty among the Roma people. As rejection take place in the effort to get a job, people are feeling hopeless.
A Job Club as part of the church or ministry supports people who are looking for a job and feeling overwhelmed to meet their own needs. There are some creative strategies we can try in order to find meaningful employment. A job club associated with the church brings God’s glory into the society where people can join to help achieve these employment goals.

To meet the need of the people we can offer networking, training and coaching opportunities.
Members of job clubs may assist each other by conducting mock interviews, helping create resumes and cover letters, providing job leads, assisting with application processes, and conducting training on specific job skills. These clubs may also provide members with the opportunity to network with other members of the club and industry professionals.

The idea is the same in general but the local situation is always according to their special needs.
